TRAINING
“You have come to fight as free men, and free men you are. What would you do without freedom?” – William Wallace
TRAINING ETHOS
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet
My training ethos is inspired by the U.S. Military and William Wallace of Braveheart.
For freedom’s sake, I push myself in training, drive fear from my heart, and empty myself out before God. Like a rescue swimmer, I brave the deep, so others may live.
SEMPER PARATUS | EVER PREPARED!
SEMPER FIDELIS | EVER FAITHFUL!
SEMPER VOLENS | EVER WILLING!
DE OPPRESSO LIBER | TO FREE THE OPPRESSED
(having been found and freed myself)!
Ego numquam pronunciare medacium, sed ego sum homo indomitus
I never tell lies, but I am a savage!
OOO-rah—Godspeed!
God-willing!
Good hunting!

THE TRAINING TRINITY
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet
The Training Trinity is the blend of martial arts practice, holistic discipline, and meditative prayer in one’s life. These three elements comprise The Training Trinity of the Temple Elements program.

MARTIAL ARTS PRACTICE

HOLISTIC DISCIPLINE

MEDITATIVE PRAYER
Training should always begin with the body. At Temple Martial Arts Training, we take a balanced, organic approach to martial arts practice.
As “temple warriors-in-training,” everything we do is pursued mindfully through deep connection with God Almighty, ourselves, other people, and even nature.
Here we begin to clear out old ways of thinking and pursue habits that honor God and the temple He created us to be.
